Dinner Date

I had dinner with this handsome guy!!!

Tonight my younger sister and her son had dinner with Bryan and I. Jackson chose to have grapes as his appetizer!!! He loved the red grapes!!! He is 19 months old and growing so very quickly. He may look like he is still bald, but he does have some thin, light hair on top! :)

Tonight I made Old World Spaghetti. It is a recipe passed to me by our former Sunday School teacher's wife. I didn't even think to take a picture. I concentrated more on spending time with my sister and nephew. I'll give you the recipe even though you have no idea what it looks like!! It has some different ingredients but we love it. Trust me and try it!!

Old World Spaghetti from Toni Waddle

Cook 1 lb ground beef, drain and set aside. In a separate pan saute' 1 chopped onion, red bell pepper, 3 celery stalks, and mushrooms (optional). Add 1 clove of minced garlic (Or 1 tsp garlic powder).

Add beef, vegetables, 1 can tomato soup, 1 Tablespoon Chili powder, and 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce, and 1 teaspoon salt/pepper.

Slow cook in crock pot on low or high for shorter amount of time. Add 1- 8 oz package of cream cheese right before you serve. Recipe can be doubled.

I cooked mine over the stop on very medium to low heat for about 45-50 minutes.
